SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Since our butters are handmade in small batches, we are currently averaging about 7 business days to fulfill. This does not include holidays or weekends. Our products are joyfully handcrafted, labeled, individually sealed, shrink wrapped and packaged with thought and care. We also always try to personalize each package with a few little extras based on your order’s profile so these special touches take a little more time. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail service. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days after they are processed and fulfilled. This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated. 

WARM WEATHER POLICY

During the spring and summer months, please try to have your products shipped to an address where the products will be kept from prolonged heat exposure. Due to the nature of our products some melting may occur while your butters and scrubs are in transit or while waiting for you at your door. Whipped butters are sold by volume not by weight. Whipped Shea butter products, when exposed to heat, may also lose some volume or in extreme conditions melt down completely. The quality of our products will remain the same, but the consistency may change. If melting occurs, place product in the fridge for 5-10 mins. Then gently open the package to avoid any possible spillage. Leave it at room temperature and let it warm naturally then use as usual. There are no refunds for items that melt during shipping.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and will do our best to make sure you are happy.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS
We are not responsible If you receive damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 30 days of placing your order. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
